How does payment work? Do I have to pay half up front?

No. The typical deposit is 25-30%, and that can be discussed. Many projects have a middle progress payment once the work is roughly halfway done. The final payment is due after the finished walkthrough.

Will Erdi actually be on the job?

Yes. Ery is owner-run, and Erdi is on every job site every working day. You do not have to re-explain the project after the estimate.

I got a cheaper quote. Why are you priced higher?

Licensed, insured work costs more because the crew, preparation, cleanup, and follow-through are built into the job. Ery will not cut the parts that protect your home just to match a risky number.

Will basement waterproofing hold if interior patches failed?

Interior patches often come back because the water is still pushing from outside. Ery quotes exterior-first waterproofing when that is what the problem needs.

How long will the work take?

You will get a realistic window after the estimate, including weather risk. Once the project starts, the crew works it through instead of leaving the site open for a week.
